Product Overview

The leakage-free magnetic pump is a new type of industrial pump that utilizes modern magnetic mechanics. It achieves contactless torque transmission through the magnetic drive of permanent magnets, replacing dynamic seals with static seals, making the pump completely leak-free. This pump completely eliminates the shaft seal leakage problem of mechanical drive pumps and is an ideal solution for conveying flammable, explosive, toxic, and hazardous media. It is widely used in marine methanol propulsion systems, chemical plants, refineries, and oil transportation systems.

 

Operating Principle

The magnetic pump utilizes magnetic coupling transmission technology. The drive unit consists of an active magnetic coupling mounted directly on the motor shaft, creating a completely enclosed pump chamber. When the motor rotates the outer magnetic rotor, the magnetic field penetrates the isolation sleeve, driving the inner magnetic rotor and impeller to rotate synchronously, achieving contactless conveying of the media and completely eliminating leak points.

Material Selection

Operation and Maintenance Precautions

1. Prevent Particle Ingress: Ferromagnetic impurities and particles are not allowed to enter the magnetic actuator and bearing friction pairs.

2. Prevent Demagnetization: Operate within specified temperature conditions; medium temperatures exceeding the specified range are strictly prohibited.

3. Prevent Dry Friction: Idle operation and pumping out the medium are strictly prohibited.

4. Do not convey media containing particles or crystals. If conveying such media, a filter must be installed.

5. Clean After Use: For media prone to precipitation and crystallization, clean the pump immediately after use to drain any accumulated fluid.
