The impeller utilizes an advanced and rational involute profile, resulting in high overall efficiency, high-quality materials, long life, and low noise. Forced lubrication ensures high pressure buildup, precise rotor balancing, minimal vibration, and long-term safe and reliable operation. Major components are machined using CNC equipment, and gears are manufactured to Grade 5 precision, resulting in high product precision and reliable operation. The housing and wall panels feature a center-split structure for easy maintenance. The compact structure, small size, and lightweight design further enhance overall adiabatic and volumetric efficiency, resulting in a Roots blower with exceptionally excellent airflow and pressure characteristics.

3) The factory boasts three advanced six-station CNC machining centers imported from Japan, two Mori Seiki CNC lathes, two Okuma CNC lathes from South Korea, and three CNC casing processing machines from Japan. This high level of automation ensures the precision and reliability of every product.

1) Excellent efficiency: This reduces the heat generated by the blower itself, meaning the temperature rise is reduced. Even in dry conditions, the exhaust pressure of various models can still reach 0.6 kgf/cm².

2) The impellers are machined with an involute profile, resulting in high precision. All impellers are rigorously dynamically balanced to ensure minimal vibration during rotation. Combined with a well-designed spiral structure and equipped with an air filter muffler, the blowers are significantly quieter than before.

• Spray-on fabric production: In the meltblown nonwoven production process, a Roots blower is installed in the production system to transport plastic pellets from the front end of the production line to a feeder. The plastic pellets (polypropylene) are then melted through a screw extruder and ejected through spinnerets into fibers. The high-speed (13,000 m/min) hot air flow from the meltblown blower causes strong stretching, forming extremely fine short fibers. These fibers are then adsorbed onto the web. Since the fibers maintain a high temperature after being condensed into a web, they adhere to each other and form a meltblown nonwoven fabric, which is then rolled and packaged.
• Vacuum packaging: Under negative pressure, it can function as a vacuum pump, making it suitable for vacuum packaging of conventional foods and pharmaceuticals.
