Gear Pumps
We distribute and distribute circular arc gear pumps manufactured by our partners. These pumps utilize a double arc and sinusoidal tooth profile, offering an alternative to involute gear pumps. This series of circular arc gear pumps primarily consists of gears, a shaft, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeve, and shaft end seals. The pumps are equipped with a safety valve for overload protection. The full return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the pump's rated discharge pressure. This pressure can be adjusted within the allowable discharge pressure range based on actual needs. However, please note that this safety valve cannot function as a pressure reducing valve for extended periods of time; it can be installed separately in the pipeline if necessary.

Product Applications
● Circular arc pumps can be used as transmission and booster pumps in various oil transfer systems, such as fuel dispensers and oil tank loading and unloading.
● In fuel systems, they can be used as fuel pumps for conveying, pressurizing, and injecting fuel, such as fuel delivery in large marine diesel engines and diesel generator sets.
● In hydraulic transmission systems, they can be used as hydraulic pumps to provide hydraulic power.
● They can be used as lubricating oil pumps in large machinery and equipment, such as supplying lubricating oil to large engines and large diesel generator sets.
