Iron Castings
We have two 1.5-ton electric furnaces, two 1-ton electric furnaces, and two annealing furnaces. Using resin sand molding, we have a monthly production capacity of 1,000 tons.
We produce various gray iron (FC200, FC250, FC300) and ductile iron (FCD400, FCD450, FCD500, FCD600) castings. These are widely used in water pumps, blowers, vacuum pumps, machine tool bases, machine tool gantries, machine tool guides, machine tool accessories, automotive parts, mining machinery, and marine parts. We also provide rough and fine machining services.
