Pressure Relief Valve
Also known as a pressure reducing valve, it can sometimes also be used as a safety valve.

They automatically activate when the pressure in the system pipeline exceeds a set safety pressure, reducing the pressure in the pipeline by backflowing fluid to protect equipment and production safety.
