Single Screw Pumps
Our distributor partners manufacture large-capacity single-rotor screw pumps. Originating from Japan, these pumps feature a single-threaded metal external screw rotor rotating within a rubber, double-thrust internal screw housing. This creates a continuous movement of the liquid along the screw axis in the space between the two screws, thereby conveying the liquid. These pumps are used to convey both high- and low-viscosity liquids, as well as liquids containing solid particles. Their most common application is the transfer of liquids containing dirt, sludge, or ship bilges.
Advantages
