Three Rotor Screw Pump

Our partner for three-screw pumps is a wholly Japanese-owned company in China. We are the distributor for their three-screw pumps, which consist of a master rotor screw mounted in a sleeve and two slave rotor screws. In this high-capacity pump, the master rotating screw drives the slave screws for fluid transport.

This product is suitable for transporting a variety of non-solids, non-corrosive oils and oil-like lubricating fluids. Examples include engine fuel supply, engine lubrication circulation pumps, boiler fuel, combustion pumps, crosshead lubrication pumps, cooling oil delivery, and hydraulic oil delivery.

1. We own four CNC screw processing machines imported from Japan, three CNC lathes manufactured in Japan, two vertical machining centers manufactured in South Korea, and six machining centers manufactured in Japan. This ensures stable and reliable product processing precision.

2. Our operation testing center features 12 simulation test stations, ensuring that each product undergoes at least 35 minutes of operation to ensure stable and reliable flow rates. 3. Equipped with a three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine and a screw clearance tester, the quality of each screw is effectively guaranteed.
